Winnie the Pooh Private Family Tour

Yay, let's have a fun time together! Join me on a private tour and I will drive your family to the beautiful Ashdown Forest where much of the filming of the wonderful Hundred Acre Wood scenes took place in the making of Disney’s Christopher Robin film! #LetLondonBreathe and avoid the city centre's notoriously heavy traffic. - I will pick you up by car at Bromley South station where we will start our tour. We'll drive you through picturesque villages in Kent and East Sussex to reach Hartfield Village which is famous for being the home of Winnie-the-Pooh and the loveable bear's creator, AA Milne. After a visit to Pooh Corner - a shop where your kids can browse ‘Pooh-phernalia' - and perhaps have tea or even lunch at Piglet's Tearoom - I will drive you and your family to a part Ashdown Forest. This is where we then have a leisurely walk about 15 minutes each way to Pooh Sticks Bridge where, you can play the simple, but fun, game 'Poohsticks.' Did you know that Pooh invented the Poohsticks game? That's right! It's the game in which Pooh and his friends used to play on the edge of the Forest. But they played with sticks instead of fir-cones because they were way easier to mark! Fun, eh? After taking another short car ride and walk, we will then visit The Enchanted Place and Galleon's Lap, taking in the beautiful views of East Sussex. This tour can be 100% personalised to the wishes of your family. There are many historic places nearby. For example, there is the historic Penshurst Place, a location where movies such as 'Wolf Hall' and 'The Other Boleyn Girl' were filmed. See you soon! N.B. Your comfort and safety are important. I reserve the right to change the tour plan due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or if the pathways become slippery.
