Fancy a day outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome? Leave the tourist trail behind and come with me on a private tour of an authentic Italian seaside town. We’ll relax on the beach, enjoy some delicious seafood and pay a visit to the must-see Santa Severa castle. The crystal-clear Tyrrhenian Sea is just a short train ride outside of Rome. I’ll be waiting for you at Termini Central Station. From here we will journey through some enchanting countryside to the historic seaside town of Santa Severa. Start by taking in the relaxing atmosphere of the old town. You will be blending in with the locals in no time. A trip to this area is not complete without a visit to the famous Santa Severa Castle. Located right next to the Tyrrhenian Sea this place looks like it was taken straight out of a fairytale. Wander through the grounds and learn about the history of this magical place. Now let’s hit the beach. You can either go for a dip or just relax and listen to the sound of waves lapping against the shore, the choice is yours! Feeling peckish? I know a lovely little restaurant with a sea view that is the perfect spot for lunch. Taste some of the area’s delicious seafood. It is guaranteed to get your tastebuds dancing. After lunch, we can either head back to the beach or grab some bikes and explore more of the area. This tour is completely customizable so I will leave this up to you.
