From choosing the right ingredients, how to prepare the broth, which type of parmesan to use, and even more local tips & tricks. While we enjoy a glass (or two) of wine and an Italian appetizer, in just two hours, we'll have cooked a perfect vegetarian risotto. My recipe includes mushroom, seasonal vegetables, butter, parmesan, and a few secret ingredients you can discover in my kitchen.
